At Samyang, we stand by the precision of our optics and offer a 30-day return window for all lenses and photography equipment to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all factory accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Samyang account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the lens in its original box with all protective foam, lens caps, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the optical and electronic integrity of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
